What is COPS?

WinSys COPS is a suite of software designed for business.  COPS is designed to be an all in one Sales Order Processing business application that provides all of the core tools and utilities required by every business.

COPS is essentially,

COPS Security:

Yes!  WinSys believes that Internet Information Security is a primary concern and needs to constantly be addressed.  We understand that security is needed to be as high as possible when dealing with both personal and corporate information over the internet, and will continue to advance our strategies to maintain a shield of protection for all information.

COPS does have a major advantage over most other business software, as COPS stores no data on your local workstation, which is the target of most viruses.  Instead COPS client data is stored on advanced Internet Web Servers which have been developed to protect your data and provide access only when a viable username and password have been provided.

COPS Reliability:

Yes!  WinSys is focused on providing the best service possible to its clients, and will continue to develop its Data Management Services.  All WinSys Web Servers are redundantly backed up and redundantly supported on 24 hour basis in order to provide our clients with a minimal amount of down time in even the worst of technology failures. 

The weakest link of the COPS Application is the end users connection to the Internet. 

For businesses that can not rely on the reliability of their Internet connection, WinSys has developed the COPS On-Site Server.

 COPS Data Ownership:

Yes!  At any time in your contract, the COPS application gives you the ability to export your business data in a variety of commonly used text based data file formats.  These file formats are used by all major software as a format of importing data into them. The data is technically, residing in the Internet Database Application server.

Your Data will be made available to you, at no charge, for one month after the end of the last month you have paid for.

COPS System Requirements:

You do not need to install anything in order to use COPS, but instead connect to your application just like browsing to a web page.

COPS operates best using a current version of Microsoft’s Internet Explorer, connected to the internet with a high speed connection (Cable or DSL), and a monitor display resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher.

You only need an Internet Browser such as Microsoft’s Internet Explorer and an active connection to the Internet to use COPS and gain access to your application and business data.
