Delivery Capabilities

The onsite functional team studies the business requirements and prepares the Functional Specification Documents. Once the requirements are frozen, the onsite team ships the Functional Specification Documents to the offshore team after reviewed by Technical Lead, Onsite, to do the Technical Development. The test scripts are developed along with the functional specification documents.

The shipped Functional Specs are assigned to the technical development team by prioritization to do the Technical development. Each Functional Document has a Technical Document and Unit Test Plan associated with the object to be delivered. Each delivery from RJ WinSys Delivery Management should follow the review processes mentioned in the review plan and the Final Investigation before they are delivered via FTP to the remote server at the client site.
