a) 2-6 years relevant experience in implementation / Upgrade / Support (Application End user / core user / power users with good product knowledge will also be preferred).
b) Good communication skills (Written and Spoken) with good ABC Skills - Attitude, Behavior and Character
c) Good product functionality or technical knowledge with intuitive skills to map the requirements with functionalities and do right customization when required.
