WinSys Offshore Delivery Support (WODS)

In Offshore Delivery Support (ODS) Model, the scope of work is executed in our development center as follows:

Client classifies the problems and assigns to WinSys offshore team, with Resolving Priority for each problem. Each problem (ticket) is tracked with a Ticket ID through out the support engagement period.
